The 20010-11 season will see 30 teams in the AHL, the same amount as the NHL. With the AHL recently announcing they’re changing their All Star Game format to an East-West version like the NHL, one must wonder if the league should also change their over-arching divisional/conference format for playoff positions. So…should they?
